I really like this nail salon. The workers are friendly & the atmosphere is so relaxing. I recently went & got my nails done for Christmas. I got a pedicure & Nancy did an amazing job massaging my feet & painting my toenails a deep rich blue. She really took her time & made me feel so good & comfortable! I didn't take a picture of my feet, but the color has a pretty sparkle up close. I also chose the green tea healing package for my feet & loved it! They will give you tea to drink while you get a pedicure. The massage chair is great, too! I also got a full set done & I believe the girl said her name was Mina. If not, I apologize for not remembering her name, but she also did a fantastic job! These are one of my favorite sets! I call them candy cane snowflake nails. The color (imo) is a stunning darker red. I've gotten many compliments! My nails are beautiful & I'm definitely a happy customer! Thank you, H20. ~ Morocco G

Second time I’ve come back here recently. I get the milk&honey pedi and my nails done. The same man has done my nails both times. Different people for my toes, but everyone is SO GREAT! Bless the man who does my nails. He’s a perfectionist and re-does something if he doesn’t think it matches the pictures of what I want done. Without me having to ask! They’re all so nice and actually talk with you here. Customer service is not lost here! The ONLY nail salon I trust around here. Even the newer places have disappointed me. I’ve always come here, but took a break for a while. They have never steered me wrong. Cannot recommend them enough. ~ cecilia m

I wish there were more stars to give! This place has been my favorite for a long time! My son gave me his HMFD a few months back and the blisters were peeling dead skin on my feet and I’ve been dying to have taken care of. They look incredible now! One of the gals helped me pick a color, convinced me that my natural nails were now long enough (long time anxiety nail biter) for me to have color on them and I’m so proud of them now! Great place. It was the first time a nail technician didn't hurt my nails while getting a filling. I couldn't decide which color I wanted she was very helpful and had patience to work helping find the color. The color turned out very nice. I can't stop looking at my nails. I also had a pedicure done and was very pleased with the service and it was first time that I saw at a nail salon how clean they are after finishing a manicure I saw a employee cleaning and sanitizing the pedicure chair. It took me a while to find a nail salon that truly fit what I was looking for. I’m the kind of customer who won’t complain if I don’t like the service, I just won’t come back. I’ve been to several places where the nail techs seemed unsure or hesitant when it came to doing long nails, especially stiletto shape, which is my style. Before coming here, I called ahead to ask if they could accommodate long stiletto nails, and Tammy reassured me with confidence that she could. When I arrived, I was immediately happy with the environment being clean, chill, and welcoming. I had been feeling a little uneasy because of past experiences, but Tammy genuinely made me feel better like I was finally in the right hands. I could immediately tell my nails were finally done right. They felt secure, well shaped, and exactly what I wanted. Tammy really knew what she was doing. I’m definitely satisfied and will be back. I highly recommend this salon, especially if you love long nails and want someone skilled. ~ Tracy G

1st time here, I’m a picky person and a review reader. I haven’t had a pedicure outside of my home since 2017, because I received a fungus, so I have been doing my own! Well my birthday is Thursday and I went on the hunt! I found NAM @ H2O because of how many recent and great reviews! I got the full package for pedi and YESSS I almost fell asleep with the massage and hot stones😩🫠‼️ He was amazing! ASK FOR HANNAH! I have taken my daughter to nearly every salon in NWI it seems. My daughter is very picky and loves fun designs. I have searched and searched for a salon that can make her happy. We started coming to H20 two nail sets ago and they are amazing. My daughter is 14 and sets often don’t take to her nails and pop off quickly. These nails LAST and Hannah is always willing to sit for 2+ hours with her very detailed nails. I highly recommend this place. Very very happy. ~ Heather S

H20 Tanning & Nail Is an awesome salon. It's very clean and friendly. The person who takes care of me, his name is, Nam. He does exceptional work. He's very meticulous and neat. Nam, does a great job on cuticles. And when choosing your pedi, try the one with the hot stones and wax. It's my favorite. So when you go in or call for an appointment, be sure to ask for Nam. He's really good. Also, Becky is there to make sure your experience is a great one. She's awesome also. ~ Donna C

This place is so great. They clean the foot bowls with scrubbing bubbles and use tools that they open fresh from the pack. The prices are fairly decent $12 for a basic mani and around $20 for a basic pedi. They also include a hot towel with the pedi service, which I greatly appreciate since some places have stopped doing this. What most people dont know is that they offer wine and water as well. I recommend Don and Dona, both are awesome at what they do and make great conversation. ~ Porsche H

Amazing service went on a Friday so they were pretty busy but only waited about 5-10 minutes before I was seated for my pedicure. They have a wide range of pedicures you can get. Feet were hurting really bad so I decided on the lavender pedicure great price for all that is included in it. Massage was great and my feet feel great and no longer hurting so badly. Person who did my pedicure was very thorough and was not rushing. Would recommend this place and will definitely be going back! ~ Delani S

I’ve been coming here for years and I genuinely feel that their environment about taking care of the customers is their top priority. Great staff! They given me a cute glass bottle as a gift and they even celebrate their staff's birthdays and share with everyone including their customers. They offer snacks and drinks; the employees see us that we come here to distress and relax and they do everything they can to help us feel safe and comfortable. ~ Islenne S

Nam is my nail tech/ manicurist and does my pedicures. I have never had such an amazing experience with any other nail tech in my entire life and I have been getting my nails/toes done for over 15 years. He is SO detailed and attentive. I feel like I have princess nails and feet because of him. Also if your feet feel tired- Nam will take care of this issue by massaging the pain away! THANK YOU NAM 💅🏆 ~ Gabriella Z

Amazing nail techs! I used to be a dancer and have messed up toes. I've never had a pedicure not hurt before and always been told it's cause I have dancers feet. This place was amazing and for the first time I had a pedicure that's didn't hurt. And my manicurist was amazingly talented at nail art and did a gorgeous flower design. The sweetest employees!! We walked in and got seated very quickly (we were walk ins). My 5 year old daughter got a mani pedi, in her words “this nail salon deserves 100 stars”. They loaded her up with snacks and juice and gave her a little labubu key chain. They were super kind and gentle. And very reasonably priced! I got my full set and pedicure. Thank you to Ty and Tammy for fixing our nails!! We went to Tip & Toe nail salon earlier during the day, and they jacked up our nails. It was so thick and bulky!Horrible!!! Getting our nails done was a gift to my daughter for her birthday so I had to make it right. Danny did the greatest pedicure I have ever had. They have a new FDA approved pedicure. Well worth the money! Extra long leg and foot massage complete with warm stone massage and the paraffin treatment. My legs and feet feel great. Skin is silky and soft, no longer dry and itchy! Becky completed the relaxing with a great manicure and relaxing hand massage too! ~ Heidi K

Hana is my go-to—she’s incredibly kind, takes her time, and always makes sure everything is perfect. Her talent is unmatched, and she can bring any design I show her to life. My favorite nail salon. I used to go to different ones each time because I was never happy with their service but once I went to h20 I loved it! They don't rush you and that is my favorite thing!! They always do a good job as well and they stay open to finish your nails if you're not done by closing time. Love the atmosphere and look inside too! ~ Mira

Tammy did my bridal nails. I don't usually get my nails done so I had no idea what I wanted. She looked at a photo of my dress and came up with such a beautiful and personalized design. Over all service was okay. The First Lady who did my nails had a bit of an attitude and when I asked her to fix what was wrong she didn’t fix it. The Second Lady was amazing though. She was so nice about the situation. She fixed Everything wrong with no attitude and was super nice the whole time while fixing them. ~ Macey L

Brought my 5 year old for a summer break treat/kindergarten graduation. Pedicure and manicure. Staff was quick to seat her as a walk in. H2O has cute mini chairs for the little kids! My daughter got a koolaid jammer, Cheetos, and a Little Labubu keychain. Staff were friendly. Decent price. We will definitely be back. ~ Jamie R

I was going to a nail spot down the street from here, but couldn’t get in today so I gave H20 a try. I love the quiet atmosphere. The chairs are nice and comfortable. It was clean and everyone was friendly. I got a great no chip mani and pedicure. I love the color and the work. I love the way my nails are shaped! I will be back for sure! ~ Brenda R

I haven’t been in a while, but went today and had amazing service. I get the no-chip manicures and they usually last a couple weeks depending on how quick your nails grow. Anyways, good price, good quality, and they get me in and out pretty quickly! They do get busy fast so I usually call ahead to see what the wait time is. ~ Chloe C
